Network Ninjas was founded in 2024 by a group of engineers who spent years watching large IT firms underserve Colorado’s most dynamic businesses. The Front Range was growing fast — startups, healthcare practices, legal firms, construction companies — and none of them needed enterprise pricing or six-week onboarding processes.
They needed a partner who answered the phone, showed up on time, and treated all facets of their technology as mission-critical. That’s the company we set out to build.

From day one, Justin O’Donnell hasn't taken the traditional path. Choosing an alternative high school track allowed him to dive straight into the action, graduating with two years of hands-on IT support experience already under his belt. By age 18, he was working as an IT consultant for a well-known firm in Providence, Rhode Island, proving early on that tech savvy isn't about age, it’s about execution. Seeking new challenges, Justin moved to Denver at 22, where he embedded himself in the fast-paced world of a tech startup, rapidly expanding his technical toolkit and problem-solving grit. At 27, Justin realized it was time to combine a decade of enterprise-grade IT expertise with his genuine passion for the hospitality industry. He recognized a massive gap in the IT support and services offered and tailored specifically for hospitality—a unique, fast-paced sector that traditional IT firms often fail to properly serve. Driven to fix that, he took the leap and launched his own specialized consultancy. Now 29, Justin has spent the last two years successfully helping niche hospitality businesses handle all facets of their technology. He doesn't just fix computers; he builds seamless, tech-driven experiences that allow hospitality teams to focus on what they do best: taking care of people.
